Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using Loreva, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
3. Authentication Services
Loreva may offer authentication through third-party identity providers, including Google Sign-In. By using these authentication methods, you authorize Loreva to access and process the account information necessary to authenticate your identity and provide requested services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Google Drive Integration
If you choose to connect your Google Drive account, Loreva may access, create, modify, import, export, or organize files solely for the functionality you explicitly authorize. You retain full ownership of your Google Drive content. Access permissions are limited to those granted by you and may be revoked at any time through your Google account settings.
5. AI-Powered Services
Loreva provides tools that may generate text, images, research materials, summaries, outlines, creative content, educational content, or other outputs using artificial intelligence technologies and third-party AI providers.
You acknowledge that:
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended results.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving generated content before publishing, distributing, or relying upon it.
Loreva does not guarantee factual accuracy, legal compliance, originality, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any specific purpose.
Generated content may be processed through third-party AI infrastructure providers to fulfill your requests.
6. User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of all content, documents, prompts, manuscripts, images, and other materials you upload, create, or store through Loreva.
By using the platform, you grant Loreva a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, analyze, store, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, improving, and providing the requested services.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Loreva to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
Generate, distribute, or promote harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, APIs, databases, or infrastructure.
Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the platform.
Use automated methods to abuse platform resources beyond authorized usage limits.
8. Subscription Plans, Tokens, and Billing
Certain features of Loreva may require paid subscriptions, prepaid credits, token balances, or usage-based billing.
Pricing, usage limits, token consumption rates, renewal schedules, and payment terms are displayed before purchase and may be updated from time to time. Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable after services or credits have been consumed.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Apple App Store)
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription through the Loreva iOS app, the following terms apply in addition to this section:
Title and duration: The subscription name, billing period (for example, monthly or yearly), and price are shown in the app before you confirm purchase.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown for the selected plan unless a promotional offer applies.
Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable under Apple and local store rules.
Manage or cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or visit Apple subscription management.
Legal documents: Your use of subscriptions is also subject to our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use (EULA).
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the subscription service or its content. Any billing disputes related to App Store purchases must be handled according to Apple’s applicable policies.
9. Third-Party Services
Loreva relies on third-party providers to deliver certain functionality, including but not limited to authentication services, cloud storage services, payment processors, artificial intelligence providers, analytics platforms, and infrastructure providers.
Availability, performance, and functionality of such services may be affected by the policies, limitations, or outages of those third parties.
10. Availability and Service Changes
We continuously improve Loreva and may modify, replace, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features at any time to maintain platform quality, security, compliance, and performance.
While we strive for reliable service availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
11. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, branding, designs, user interfaces, documentation, workflows, and proprietary technology associated with Loreva remain the exclusive property of Loreva and its licensors, except for content owned by users.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of Loreva is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loreva is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loreva, its owners, affiliates, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or content.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform resources, create security risks, or engage in unlawful activity.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of Loreva after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Personal Account Deletion Policy
You may terminate your account and request deletion of associated personal data at any time through Settings > Delete account in the app, or by contacting legal@loreva.app.
Upon confirmation, your account enters a 7-day grace period during which you may cancel deletion by signing in again. After this period, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted, including your profile information, projects and creative content, performance and usage analytics, and personalization and interest preferences. Deletion is irreversible once the grace period expires, except where retention is required by applicable law.
