We may also collect content you create, upload, store, import, export, or manage within Loreva, including projects, documents, books, images, research materials, prompts, and other user-generated content.
Additionally, we may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, browser information, IP address, usage logs, performance metrics, diagnostic data, and security-related information necessary to maintain and improve the platform.
Payment information is processed by trusted third-party payment providers. Loreva does not store complete payment card details or sensitive financial information on its own servers.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Provide access to Loreva features and services.
- Generate content using AI-powered tools.
- Synchronize files and projects with connected services such as Google Drive.
- Personalize and improve user experiences.

3. AI Processing
When you use AI-powered features within Loreva, prompts, instructions, documents, and related content may be processed by artificial intelligence models and third-party AI providers to generate text, images, research materials, summaries, outlines, or other requested outputs.
Such processing is performed solely for the purpose of delivering requested functionality, improving service quality, maintaining platform performance, and supporting product features.
Loreva does not sell user content, prompts, or personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
4. Google Services and Integrations
If you choose to sign in using Google or connect your Google Drive account, Loreva may access the information and permissions that you explicitly authorize during the consent process.
These permissions may be used to authenticate your account, import files, export files, synchronize projects, save documents, or provide other requested Google-related functionality.
You may revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings.
5. Information Sharing
Loreva does not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate the platform, including:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Artificial intelligence service providers.
- Payment and billing processors.
- Analytics and performance monitoring providers.
- Security, fraud prevention, and customer support providers.
Such sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the service and is subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information and user content for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security of the platform.
When accounts are deleted, certain information may be deleted, anonymized, or retained for limited periods as required by law, security obligations, fraud prevention requirements, or legitimate business purposes.
7. Data Security
Loreva implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, technologies, or business practices.
Continued use of Loreva after updated policies become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
12. Personal Account Deletion Policy
You may request deletion of your personal account at any time via Settings > Delete account in the app, or by contacting us at privacy@loreva.app.
Upon confirmation, deletion is scheduled to take effect permanently after a 7-day grace period, during which you may cancel the request by signing in again. Once deletion is completed, we will permanently erase, to the extent reasonably practicable and subject to applicable legal obligations, all personal data associated with your account, including without limitation:
- account and profile information;
- projects, manuscripts, and creative content;
- performance analytics, usage metrics, and activity records;
- personalization settings, preferences, and inferred interests.
Account deletion is irreversible after the grace period expires. Certain anonymized or aggregated data, and records we are legally required to retain, may be preserved as described in Section 6.
